They have some here, but a lot are ESA protected, so you can't download them.

They don't have individual games, but you can download an entire SNES ROM set here. Make sure you know about how torrents work, and have a BitTorrent client (I recommend BitComet).

In addition, you may be able to find some or all of the games on Limewire. Be careful for viruses.
