I've had 2 DUI's and NO it is not ok for you to ride home drunk. You can get a dui on a bike, a surf board or in a wheelchair.

Nope. It'll be the same as a DUI. You could be driving a tractor and would get a DUI as well. Bicyclist must abide by all traffic laws, so why would it be any different than driving an automobile drunk? It's not.

The same rules apply if you are driving, walking, riding a bike, if you are drunk and get caught you will still pay a price. Plus you may end up with injuries on top of the bills.

As long as you don't get pulled over by the police. You can get cited for that. I have a friend who got a ticket for riding his bike drunk.

I'd say you should check your bicycle into rehab if it's going to stay drunk all the time.

then I fell off on the right side.
I got back on and road for a few feet and then feel off onto the left side.

You can get a OWI for this but I say go for it. You take a much lesser chance of hurting other people than if you drove. Atleast if something happens you'll only more than likely be hurting your own wasted self.

Its so nice you have a magic playing card you can pull out of the deck to fly you home when you have had a bit much to drink. I hope it gets good gas mileage! lol

You can actually get a ticket for that in Canada. You can also get a ticket if you're too wasted in public.
