Are capuchin monkeys legal in the U.S.?

I once heard someone say that you can get a license for exotic pets such as monkeys, is that true?

You can get a license but it also depends on where you live. Not all states are allowing monkeys as pets. I would check out info more specific to where you are living since it varies from state to state.
