about 10 years ago someone started a rumor that Tommy Hilfiger went on the Oprah show and said he didn't make his clothes for black people. On Friday he just wanted to clear up that rumor. Turns out he that was his first appearance on the Oprah show and he never said those things. And never got kicked off the Oprah show.

It's a BIG FAT LIE.......it was rumored that several years ago Oprah invited Tommy Hilfiger on her show and she asked him something abt does he make he like for minorties to wear his clothes or soemthing like that. So Tommy said no and so then Oprah alledgely asked Tommy to leave her show.
But this never ever went down. Prior to this whole rumor, Tommy had never been on Oprah's show before. So Oprah brought him on to clear up the rumor and so now it's over and done with. Apparently the rumor started on a college campus somewhere in the U.S.

I highly doubt that he said that. Tommy Hilfiger is a smart business man and knows he'd lose tons in sales over saying something like that.

I heard he does not use black models which I guess oprah considers racist .
