Do you think if the "DRAFT" is re-instated, that the US should round up all the illigal's and make them serve to earn their US citizenship? OR does the constitution even permit such an act

No, the Constitution would not permit it.

13th Amendment prohibit slavery and 8th Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.

Immigration violations for failure to register upon entry or entry at a non-designated crossing are a misdemeanor -- and years of service, and potentially combat -- that's excessive for the violation.

I think along with the illegals we should also get the ones that are in prison for murder and send them all. Our own go to war to fight for us, so what is wrong with sending the others? I'm not sure that the constitution should be brought into perspective in this issue. One of the Ten Commandments states "Freedom of Speech" and we can't pray in school. So why should we worry about the Constitution , ONLY in this case.

If you "round up" illegals and force them to serve, then that wouldn't be a draft would it?

That would not happen, even though it is a novel idea
