I guess you had a betta???
That's exactly the reason you're suppose to put them in an at LEAST 2.5 gallon tank with filter, heater, lid and a live plant

He might have jumped out
or
been eaten by one of your cats you have

hope that helps
Good luck

I have had this happen. I've had a goldfish that just disappeared (couple of years ago now) and a guppy or two as well, when i couldn't find them I was a little freaked out! If it isn't dead and hidden under something then maybe the aliens took it or some one broke in and stole it? I still don't know how to explain my disappearances, but GET A LID before you get another fish

option 1: jumped out if you have no hood
option 2: if you have hood he probably is dead under a rock or decoration
option 3 : if you have any other pets like cat dog ferret they probably ate it if there's no hood
option 4 : some hobo stole it

Check your front window i can see him laying there with a beer in his hand hiding in your garbage can with a fish on his belly

do you have any cats or dogs? cause they will play in bowls and can eat fish, or room mates who may have bumped it and not known the fish was knocked out of the bowl.

Pretty much everybody is right. Do you own any pets? Your dog or cat could of snagged it while you were asleep.

Fish don't just disappear.
