it means that you can't get a rain check on that particular item

a rain check is a slip of paper that allows you to later purchase an out of stock item for the current price (usually during sales)

It means that what's in the store is it. When it's gone, that sale is over. A "rain check" is like a coupon for an item that's on sale this week, but out of stock, so you can get it at the sale price when it's back in stock.

It means the store is out of stock on this item and they are not giving "rain checks" out on the sale price.

It means that if they're out of the product, normally they're sale priced, you can't get a "rain check". A "rain check is when they fill out a piece of paper with the merchandise information, the price, your information, and then call you when it comes in.

A rain check is a promise or gaurantee for something such as car wash that ensures you get the product as advertised (if it rains your car is no longer clean so they will rewash it for you). No rain check means that there is no gaurantee that they will fullfill the terms of the advertisement if, for example, they run out of the product.

When the store runs out of the item in question, they will not honor the sale price when they finally get it back in even if you pay in advance.

It means you cannot get a coupon to come back and get the item when it is stock again, (for the sale price.)
