When I was pregnant with my twins last year I was ALWAYS tired. I worked full time and on my days off, I would take a 2hr nap in the afternoon and be asleep for the night by 7 or 8. On the days I worked, I would come home and eat dinner, lay on the couch with my boyfriend and watch a movie or tv and would be out in 5 mins! It's totally normal!!! Just get some rest, you'll need it!

Don't worry this is normal and there are many contributing factors. Do you work, are you keeping yourself busy during the day, etc.? It is said that the most pregnant women are their tiredest in the 1st and 3rd trimesters. I found that I've had more energy in my 4 and 5 months than any other so far. I asked my doctor about it and he said it is perfectly normal to be tired like this.

I had to take a nap during the day and go to bed early at night for the majority of my pregnancy. When I got in the 30week+ range, I had to take several short naps to keep going. Look at all the extra weight you're carrying around! You're bound to get tired!

I'm the same way :) Make sure you speak to your caregiver to see if you're low on iron or not, taking a supplement might help a little but it's perfectly normal to get more tired from now on

This is quite normal. You are making an entire new person.
Your energy will be sapped during most of the Pregnancy.
Nap when you can. You need lots of rest. It is not a problem.

I too was extremely tired & weak when pregnant. Around 25-30 weeks, they checked my iron, and found I was anemic, and started me on iron supplements, which really helped! If they haven't checked yours already, maybe that could help.

Yep, that's about right. It was at that point that I started requiring at least thirty minutes of naptime at around three in the afternoon, too.

yes, but for me it's bad to go to sleep before my 3 year old does. Just wait, it gets worse, but after the baby comes and sleeps through the night, it'll get better.
