how many times a day should i feed my fish ?

i have 2 sword tails 3 danieos and 3 tiger barbs

You should feed to 1-2 times a day. Fish don't need to eat too much and they don't get too hungry. It you feed it a lot of times a day, the fish ill get sick because it's either too full or the food will rot in the after and then there will be bacterias that the fish can eat or get infected with.

You should feed them 1-3 times a day, but I recommend feeding them 2 times.

Twice a day, approximately 8 - 9 hours apart. You could also feed them once a day in the evening, because fish don't feel as much hunger as us. But if you feed them twice a day, over time they'll get bloated. So it would be a good idea to not feed them for 1 day of the week, and keep it on that day of the week.

If they are flake feeders, two small feedings or one larger one a day is fine. You never want to feed more than all of your fish can eat in five minutes each day. With that rule, size and frequency accordingly.
If your fish are predators, feed enough to regulate growth. I feed earthworms and then sometime every three days. Other surprise treats once in a while.
PS. Even small fish like worms as a treat. Try it.

Once a day is fine. The thing to not do is to over feed. Only feed as much as they can consume in about 2 minutes.

Well, they probly eat different foods. Anyway fish only need to be fed 2 pinches of food every dya. A pinch in the morning and a pinch in the evening.
