My wife told me yesterday that she's been having sexual fantasies about a guy she works with. While I trust her, should I be concerned or is this a natural sort of a thing and I should be confident and happy she is so open with me?

I have been married for 30 years and have a very vivid fantasy life. It hasn't hurt us at all as we have a very good sex life as well. I wouldn't dream of actually doing anything that I fantasize about. It is just a harmless way to vent some stress. As long as you know she won't act on her fantasy, don't let it bother you. Perhaps it would be better if she kept her fantasies to herself though. If it makes you uncomfortable that is.

If you do trust her, then trust her. Of course you'll be concerned & yes, it is natural, bcause you care about her. I agree that you should be happy she is so honest with you. Maybe it's just a hint to spice up the love life a little bit.

Be happy that she is being honest with you.

And I have an idea:
Tell her you'll be the guy in her fantasies, in real life.
Ask her what they do, in her dreams.
And then you play that out for her.
I'll bet it stops her dreams ;)

If I said that it would mean nothing much.
You know your wife.. tell her it made you uncomfortable.

You should pray for her and for your marriage forget being confident and happy... you never know what could happen.
