He doesn't come home for days at a time. He smells like perfume and whiskey when he does. I found someone elses panites in our truck (he said they were his nieces), he has secret cell phone conversations and he is planning a trip to Europe without me. Should I be concerned?

HMMM, you are picturing a male friend naked(from your other yahoo question) and your husband doesn't come home for days, and when he does he smells like whiskey and perfume and hanging on to his niece's panties......Sounds like you are making stuff up or you have a real messed up marriage!

yes. What are his niece's panities doing in his truck. You know he's cheating. How can he take a trip to europe without you??? Sit him down and ask him straight up. You deserve to know if he wants to be with you are not. Begin couseling to help you through this.

I think you already know the answer.
You must think through your options.
If he's cheating. Then ask yourself: Do I want to save my marriage? Can I maintain a marriage to a husband who has been unfaithful? Could it be a one off thing? If you do want to save your marriage, then marriage counselling may be a way forward. Confronting him directly will probably result in destructive arguments. He may have problems or stresses that are causing him to behave like this or problems already in the marriage. If these problems can be sorted out then he might come back in line.

Uh, yeah, be concerned. Trust your instincts... and then you need to document everything you come across that leads you to believe he's cheating and get a good lawyer. Then, pack his shyte when he's on his European vacation, leave it on the porch, and change the locks.

He's cheating on you, and blatantly. He's probably been doing it for a really long time too. Go get yourself checked out for STDs right away.
And get a lawyer, and fast.
