I may be relocating to Lawton, OK from the east coast. I can't help it, but when I think Oklahoma I envision bibbed overalls, bad accents, and the closest thing to culture is yogurt. Could you give me of a more realistic view?

I lived in Enid a few years ago. I love Oklahoma! Its people are the salt of the earth. They're friendly, charming, humorous, religious, honest, hard-working, and unpretentious. I don't know much about Lawton, but there's plenty to do throughout the state. They are proud of their American Indian culture. They love their football teams, country music, and families. I know someone else here on yahoo knows more than I, so I'll just finish with a "good luck"!
