Yes I have. I have a daughter who is 23 and I am raising her children. She is always going on about how she is going to get on her feet and get her children back. I have had them for almost 4 years now and she hasn't even gotten her G.E.D. So when she starts rambling I just look at her and go blah blah blah....

I am that someone that won't shut up.. and yes, actually people "blah blah blah" me fairly often...
I really like it when they make the yakking hand gesture to go along with that... it thrills me to no end.

WOW I know about 3 people that are non-stop talkers that I would love to say blah, blah, blah, to but can't because I don't want to hurt their feelings. Instead, I guess I just hurt mine and let them keep talking. Wah Wah Wah

This guy I used to work with had a tee-shirt that said "I see your lips moving, but all I hear is blah blah blah".. he was wearing it with another shirt over it ( a button down)... The boss started going on and on and on about his stats, etc. He took off the button down, to reveal the tee-shirt... he was fired, but it was friggin hilarious..

of course, I mean c'mon its really irritating, i mean the person sounded like Spongebob Squarepants, talking about failing boating school 58 billion time, but he was actually saying how he failed his driving test 5 times, so I'm like-
"blah blah blah, dude you sound like spongebob, just give it a rest, and take the bus or the train. And I walked away, lol.

I got detention in jr high because this chick had a serious problem with correcting and sucking up to our algebra teacher. One day she rambled on for about 5 minutes, attempting to suck-up and I stood up, exclaimed,"What Is Your Problem?!!" and explained to her in front of the whole class and teacher how she looked like an idiot. Apparently I wasn't nice enugh.

but mostly i dont bother lookin at them just continue what i was doing and say blah blah blah
looking at them would break my consentration
