if you down load a picture onto your computer of a child getting raped that is classed as making an indecent photo. you don't have to make this filth and film it yourself just view it on a computer. the making of a picture includes viewing it on you computer.
Chris langham never took pics of kiddy porn he was cleared of raping a minor. he is going to jail for downloading this junk onto his PC .

It could mean graphical editing or distribution of pictures, or creating films --- without seeing the definition of the statute, it's hard to know what the possible ways that it could be violated.
