Chris Langham or something like that.

One of the charges that he was charged with was "making indecent pictues of a child"

What does that mean?
How do you make a picture?

He wasnt charged with taking photos of children being abused so what does that mean?

Thanks

if you down load a picture onto your computer of a child getting raped that is classed as making an indecent photo. you don't have to make this filth and film it yourself just view it on a computer. the making of a picture includes viewing it on you computer.
Chris langham never took pics of kiddy porn he was cleared of raping a minor. he is going to jail for downloading this junk onto his PC .
never never seek this freak porn out if it is ever found on your hard drive your going down and damn right too

It could mean graphical editing or distribution of pictures, or creating films --- without seeing the definition of the statute, it's hard to know what the possible ways that it could be violated.

Martin M is correct. If he downloads the pictures or reproduces them in any form, he's making them. And each person that says he is a sick @#$%* is also correct.
