If it is proven that Maddie was abducted by a stranger, will those of us who have doubted her parents post an apology on here?

Dave S - my theory is much the same as yours which I have read in numerous postings on here. In fact, your postings are the main source for my theory. Happy now?

eh?no.
what ever happens they are still in the wrong. If she had been in their care like she should have been,we wouldn't be discussing her "abduction".
there will be no apologies from me.

No - I've never accused them of actually abducting/killing their child. They ARE responsible for whatever happens to Madeleine because it was caused by their neglect in the first place
Edit: Jack Mcfarlan: Geez! What the hell has dave s ever done to YOU to warrant a rant like that? Some of his questions/answers/comments sail close to the wind but they are very thought provoking - and unlike your answer - not abusive. Try reading them some time - you'll get educated.

no i have nothing to apologise for.my belief (and i can't change this for anyone) is that if those three children were not left alone that night Madeleine would not have disappeared.people can call it a mistake or a misjudgement or whatever they like but i call it neglect.children are the most precious gift we will ever have and it is our duty to love and protect them at all times.I don't know if the parents had anything to do with her abduction/death and time will tell.but i know this whole situation would have been avoided if they had been there with their children that night.

2 people witnessed a man carrying a child under a blanket running (or jogging) hastily away from the mccann's holiday apartment shortly after gerry last checked the kids.
this man is wanted for 2 other kidnappings on two girls (a 14 yr old and a 7 yr old) in Spain.
police found 'mystery' DNA which is not of gerry , kate or the kids and has led to a peadophile who killed himself recently (wanted for a kidnap of a 5 yr old) and this peadophile was also staying close to Praia da Luz at the beginning of May.
That really leads suspicion to the McCann's, doesn't it?

I would not apologise for anything I have said. I have said they neglected their children on that night in question which resulted in easy access to their child being taken. Also, they have constantly changed their timing on when they checked on the children. From day one I have said there is more to this case and I hope for Madeleine's sake I am wrong and she is found safe and well.

yes that is what they are saying and by saying that they say saying they suport child neglect. I don't care what they think. McCanns were very wrong to neglect their small innocent children in the first place. That's what started all this.

There is no reason why they should apologise. There is no prima facie evidence of their guilt or innocence at this stage, so people are entiltled to their opinion.
I don't think they did it. I don't think they could have coped with the pressure of the media and the knowledge they were looking for a child they knew was dead but that's my opinion.

I won't be posting an apology to them
I have only ever said that they negleted their children and openly wondered why they and the authorities have not addressed this. (and why the media have supported them)
The person who told them their actions were well within the bounds of appropriate parenting needs shooting!

Well thry are hardly going to tell the press they are suspects are they. If the Mc canns are suspects, the first they will know of it is when they are arrested and charged with a crime.

I agree. All of those individuals who have been throwing mud at the Mc Canns without any evidence for the so called 'news stories/goosip' should apoligise, but I doubt you will get any coming forward. What I find particularly worrying, is that some of these people will/could find them serving on Court Juries. God help us all!
