i don,t know how put this question.
does size, hight ,power,
when does a boat become a ship.
hope you understand what i,m trying to say.

a boat is a boat, and its small. Like its all about the size..a ship carries stuff. Take Care. x

All submarines are still commonly known as boats even modern nuclear Submarines which are more powerful and larger than allot of other ships in the navy. I remember reading somewhere that is dates back to Henry VIII first royal navy, anything smaller than the smallest commissioned ship was classed as a boat and then tradition took over.

There was a song long ago said something like; "Rock the boat, don't rock the boat baby". So, boats rock and ships don't! :-)

A ship is bigger than a boat.

Remember it this way You can fit a boat on a ship, but you can't fit a ship on a boat.
