Well since I've read questions or answers from people in the U.K. (which is 5 hours ahead of EST), and obviously there are people from the whole continental US (that covers four different time zones), the west coast is 8 hours behind the UK. (And that's only two continents.) That would indicate that there are ALWAYS kids online somewhere! Sorry. :)

If you're waiting for a safe time to ask some risque questions then you're you know what out of luck!!!! The children never go to bed. Like the kid you said most of us are over 13, so ask your question, is more than likely the same kid who will report you because he didn't understand your question!!! Go ahead and ask your question though the worst they can do is close your account!!!

They are here 24/7 but it gets better at 10PM in this time zone. Saturday nights are brutal.LOL.

if there is no adult supervision in their homes...forget about the kiddos going to bed/sleep early. (SPECIALLY if they are at a friend's house)
