I found a discolored copper coin that had "Good for 5 cents in trade" on one side and "W. H. Rowan (on top) 75 (in the center) and "so. water st." (on the bottom). I was wondering if anyone seen this kind of coin/tokien before because I couldn't find any info in Google.

It is called a "good for", it is a token and were used from the late 1800's through the 1950's or so. There are a lot of different types. You could try the Token and Medal Society, you should be able to find their site with google or Yahoo. There also may be a Yahoo group that collects tokens and maybe they can help. At least you have a name and almost a full address. One other place is answerman2@aol.com, he answers numismatic questions for Numismatic News a weekly coin paper. I do not collect that type token so have no reference books that will help. Hope I at least pointed you in the right direction.
