Van Gogh.
There are a few Picasso's I like, but I more consistently find Van Gogh appealing.

Van Gogh from a mad man and Picasso is romantic and fills the room with tranquillity that blends the ambience of the people in the room just by looking at it.

too different to be a good selection but Vasn Gohh got his depth and physical beauty and Picasso for making me think
