staying tight is the key. and be sure that u ride the pop in order to get the maximum height so that u will have enough time to get fully around. If fear is what is keeping u from doing the full down then u could always practice in a pool or try standing on a trampoline and umping and twisting in the air.

ride the cradle to the top and then whip your arms down to your side. pull hard and fast and look around your turn above eye level and STAY TIGHT.

All of the above is good information but I would like to add that you should not let your lead shoulder drop because that would cause you to travel away from your bases and headfirst toward the ground.

before you do it in the stunt (i know my coach made me do this)

stand on the ground.

put your arms in a high v as if you're in the stunt ..

pull up and ride it as if you were doing it in the air then whip your arms as fast as you can and place close to your butt if not on it.

make sure your head goes with your arms and do not drop your shoulders.

this really helped me become more confident in it as well. once you have that mastered, try it in the stunt. good luck =] you can do it !
