I was having a good day until one person said something rotten to me.
How can I let ONE person have so much control over me...?

Never allow anyone to rain on your parade and thus cast a pall of gloom and defeat on the entire day. Remember that no talent, no self-denial, no brains, no character, are required to set up in the fault-finding business. Nothing external can have any power over you unless you permit it. Your time is too precious to be sacrificed in wasted days combating the menial forces of hate, jealously, and envy.
Guard your fragile life carefully. Only God can shape a flower, but any foolish child can pull it to pieces.

one guy or woman ruined my risk at education. halfway into my freshman 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of faculty my previous love, at a distinctive college, advised me she became committing suicide and the telephone went lifeless. I lost a factor of my soul that night and up till then i became an incredible student. She ended up surviving the ordeal even though it took me a whilst to love back.

Usually when someone says something like that, I'm in a really good mood... and I'm skipping along, singing to myself... minding my own... smiling and having a grand ol' time... and then...
BAM!
I get blindsided with a nasty remark, and bad intentions... and it floors me more then if I was in a bad mood when it happened. Because if I was in a sh!tty mood already, I would expect that crap from anyone and everyone... the element of surprise does me in everytime!

yeah sometimes i have that too i hate it when it happens on a
friday i feel like they Ruin my whole weekend since i keep thinking about what he said or did to me

You know where i work and you know what I do. I love my job but the ED is named DICK and he ruins my day must all the time...
