I am close to your age and I wear bare minerals...It is a natural makeup that doesn't look like u have a lot on...It is kind of on the expensive side tho. I am not allowed to wear it heavily or wear eyeliner and mascara...even so it helps cover blemishes and makes your skin look more even, and natural.

Im 13- and I think alot of makeup is too much. For school, or anything else casual, lip gloss is fine, and if you want to year mascara that should be alright also. But if you're going to a fancy party, like a bat mitzvah, then have some fun! I wear a little bit of glittery eye shadow, lipgloss, and mascara! Also, make sure your parents our ok with the amount of makeup you wear! ;-)

No, but don't go overboard. A little blush and lip gloss would be fine. If you want to do your eyes, don't do the heavy lining, just a little shadow and maybe some clear mascara. I started experimenting with makeup at 13 or so. So, practice at home and have fun!

To me, 13 is too young for a girl to be wearing makeup. If your parents give you the okay to wear it, then that's fine. My daughter's 11 and will be entering middle school next week, and I made it clear to her that she's not to wear makeup until she's in high school.

Depends. Every girl and woman should protect her face with sunscreen, and if you are starting to show teenage acne, a concealer with SPF 20 or higher would be OK. I would also think a lip gloss like Bonne Bell Smackers would be acceptable.

If we are talking eye shadow, blush, mascara, liner, etc., then no way.
