You need something bigger than a finger to "break" a hymen. It can actually stretch over time if you're gentle because it's just skin.

The hymen can range from very thin, fragile and delicate to very tough; the chances of you tearing it by simply touching are pretty slim.

Your hymen is a thin membrane and can be easily ruptured in the majority.By inserting finger,tampon,riding etc.
If you do rupture it there maybe a small amount of bleeding.
You are still medically and legally a virgin

Your Hymen may get broken by intercource, horse back ridding, falling down, touching it ect ect.
If you rupture it and never had sex you're still legally a virgin.

Depends on how rough you are, how strong it is...generally it would take more than a touch.
