a jump start any any books for the national registry and any books to help im in EMS-wheelchair and have firstaid/CPR cards already and any other info would help to thank you

i know where books are sold but i dont know WHAT books every one uses

You can go to almost any decent sized bookstore (Barnes and Noble, Border Books, etc) and find an EMT-Basic textbook. It will probably be fairly expensive, though ($50+).

You might want to check with the school you're going to be taking the course through, and purchase the book that they use. That way, you won't be wasting money, and you'll get a true head start. Every EMT-Basic book is written just a bit differently, so it's best to study the one you're going to take the course on.

Different schools use different books. Ask the school you are considering going to which text they use- then make sure you get the newest version of it.
