Well it really all depends on what type of movie,you enjoy to watch most. I like Comedy, alot. So I would recommmentd comedy. :)

Umm... I love lots of movies, but some i dont think two girls would like. Try Pan Labyrinth. (if you want)
Girl movies: Beauty and the Beast (classic), Walk To Remember, Step Up.
