a great sort of end result, vegetables, total grains, nuts and legumes. no longer in trouble-free terms that yet some vegetarian diets encompass extremely some what omnivores eat merely without meat. E.g. lasagna, enchiladas, burritos, burgers and lasagna. Tofu is a very good meat alternative. Ever considering I end meat i've got explored my recommendations and now eat a miles better sort of meals i could have by no capacity tried on a similar time as i replaced into ingesting meat. you have have been given extremely a project on your palms. the only argument i could have against a vegetarian is you do no longer take exhilaration in tasty meats...which maximum rather is easily rebutted.

I start every day with a glass of orange juice, vitamins, and a banana. Then I have coffee and a bagel or cinnamon toast. I skip lunch, although sometimes I'll snack on hummus and pita chips. Dinner might be pizza, or burgers, or Popeye's chicken, or Chinese take-out (I'm partial to sesame shrimp), washed down with a Diet Coke. And I'm gaining weight! B-uurrrrppp!!

I remember my parents talking about some of their meals during the depression. Peelings from the potatoes they ate in the previous meal, straining mouse turds out of the flour. They were laughing about it because it was many years later. If this is what you had to feed your children, would you be glad there were bread lines or government cheese? Ever had to dig in the couch to buy a gallon of milk? Is being down and out completely inconceivable to you?

With all the bile that Liberals spew, they could digest an armored tank, so I guess they eat just about everything. And if they're Michael Moore, they obviously do!

I suppose the typical Liberal diet consists of a heavy dose of uniformed sarcasm, peppered with half truths, basted in sugar-coated denial, and seasoned to death with hypocrisy.

Barring accident, Liberals live longer than conservatives. That speaks to a healthier overall life-style which would include a balanced diet.
