if youve ever seen the movie or read the book of "tuck everlasting" (i think thats what its called) let the spider touch the water and it will never die + it will stay young.

Even though you are connected to the jumping spider, there is no spell that I know of that will extend a spider's natural life cycle.
Enjoy the spider while it is here on this plane. Take pictures, write in your journal about it. When the spider expires, you will continue, and maybe find another beautiful creature to connect with.

well if you want it go go away, and you dont want to kill it, then i think that you should cast a spell to make it fall in love with another spider. they will go off get married, buy a house, and have a family....so then neither one of you are sad! and you can always keep in touch. :)
