Writing a book for my husband birthday and just wanted to include some comments.

Getting "lucky" means you remember where you left your car in the parking lot.

You get to the check out line, see how long it is, and decide what you have in your buggy isn't worth the wait.

When you're unable to see or climb that hill any longer. And, you've already forgotten what's on the other side anyway.

you are over the hill when young things dont give you a second glance


I would NOT recommend rubbing it in that he is getting older- that is something people have no control over JMO

You are only over the hill when you give up and sit around
on your back side. You shouldn't EVER do this!!

... when " over-the-hill " is THE GIST of your conversation - nobody wants to be CONSTANTLY changing an adult's diaper - ( especially a ' man's ? )
