my husband is a mean drunk and flirts with other woman when he drinks which upsets me. I wanted one peacefull weekend and asked him not to drink so much so that we can get along and have no fights. but of course he wouldn't do that so it did not turn out well.
we went to the bathroom to poop & vomit . he plugged the tiolet so it overflowed. then he decided for no appearant reason to laydown on the bathroom floor in his vomit & feces .so there he layed in tiolet overflow and vomit while intermittently yelling insults at me. so I left him there on the floor and went to bed.

No! not wrong of you at all! You should expect him to be a grown-up. The time for getting so wasted that you puke every time is when you're young. That's how you learn your limits. If he doesn't know what his limits are, that's his fault and you have every right to be pissed that he doesn't care how you feel!
I used to have the same problem with my husband. I confronted him about it (when sober, of course - it does no good to talk to them when they're already drinking) and he very rarely goes beyond his limit anymore. When it does happen, he acknowledges it and understands why I don't really have sympathy for someone who's lying in a pile of their own vomit when they did it to themselves!!
Especially if he's insulting you - tell him to go fk himself.

You need to leave him....period...not just on the bathroom floor.

I'd have done the same thing.

But then again...I wouldn't have married him either.

Been with an alcoholic once. Never again... Kicked his royal back end to the curb.
You know that old adage.."Fool me once...shame on you...fool me twice...shame on me."

Start a new history...without him.

No it's not wrong to leave him there. You made a simple and kind request and he wanted to put himself first. He deserves it if he is going to be selfish and insensitive towards you.

Gross... You should have not only left him there that night, but left him forever. You shouldn't have to live that way! Best of luck... but I don't see happiness for you until you are away from that jerk.

Good for you. Now you need to think about leaving him, you deserve better.

I would have kicked him before I left...I doubt he'd remember it.
