If they do,when you look up,will it look any different than before.
Are they gonna pollute the moon,like they do on Earth?
Don't they have to get permission from other countries, because no one country owns the moon,or any celestian body,or object?

The whole reason the U.S. signed the treaty that says no country owns the Moon is so we never have to ask anyone for permission. And the reason congress ordered a flag put up at each landing site is so that the countries that did not sign the treaty know who has first claim.

The only reason that the USA is planing to build a base on the Moon, is because the Chines seed that they were going to build a base on the Moon.
Just like the race to put men into space, then go to the Moon, we were in a race with Russia.
And yes they would pollute the Moon, maybe not as fast as Earth, but they will pollute it just like every thing else the people of Earth has touched.

STOP STOP THIS NONSENSE of the US bases in Moon.
There's already Alien bases on the moon. believe it or not.
Did you notice that there are no pictures of the dark side of the moon?..well, i cant explain to you all of the stuffs going out there but there is AN ALIEN BASE ON THE MOON.
NASA airbrush the buildings before they sell it to the public. here, go to youtube and search for " ufo or alien moon base/bases"
recommend you to see the "UFO DISCLOSURE PROJECT" in youtube. or maybe you can search for it in wikipedia...Theres life in other planets and there is civilization that is thousands of years ahead of us and also in terms of their techology.

Some people say that religion hold us back...but look, the bible does not mention if theres life out there or not. Its becoz the Bible talks about our relationship with God and about us..so yea.
