council closing sherwood sports hall,matlock, UK. affront to democracy,need help to fight on web, how?

Question

Council used secret meeting on 19th July to vote on closure of our only sports facility in Matlock, Derbyshire ,uk. We could not see the report discussed as it was marked confidential, there was no consultation with the public by the conservative council. I am a silver surfer who needs young whizz kids to max exposure of this affront to democracy. Incidentally there are lots of other users who feel as we do. Any help would be gratefully received. The we address in the question is the chief executives secretary, [e-mail], the chief executive is david wheatcroft.
