Now how in the world can we get this rate. I doubt if the government has anyway to give this because do you really think the democrats would want this to come out if it did.

There don't appear to be very good statistics available immediately. But lets think this through, it's at it's most basic not a red-state/blue-state kind of issue it's very closely related to socioeconomic norms.
So 70% of black children are born into single-parent families.
That says more about the tragic state of the black family structure in American society (or the absence thereof) than volumes of tomes of political blather.
In the case of single-parenthood, how many mothers and fathers promised to stick together and only really did for a few minutes at the least.
At the heart you are looking to try and find a problem with liberal or conservative thinking, which avoids the basic problem which is a disconnect on the part of CITIZENS to be responsible for their actions.
At the end of the day I strongly suspect that the conservative single mother and the liberal single mother will still have need of the same social services and the same need for assistance over time, until the FATHERS of the children step up and be what they are supposed to be.
That's probably not what you wanted but that's my take.

I've never seen any statistics that directly link social philosophy to birth and marriage status as you request. I'm sure someone as done a poll, but I haven't seen one.
It may be worth comparing, however, the number of people registered with a political party -- and then looking at why they support that party.
Many people support the Democratic party without being liberal -- they support the Democratic party, because the Democratic party gives them things, like welfare and social services.
So, political party allegiance is not always based on the underlying social or economic philosophy, but very often (especially in the examples you gave) based on what that person gets in return.

The good news is that they were at least born and survived Roe V Wade.
Since its a "choice" most liberals probably opt for murder.
Liberals... Tough on babies but easy on terrorists and convicted murderers/rapists.
