i am rastafarian how do i get papers so that i can smoke ganja(marijuana) legally by the way im not doing this just so i can smoke i didnt smoke until i became rastafarian

I'm not aware that Rastafarians are allowed to smoke ganja in the USA. Also, you are not REQUIRED to smoke it as part of your religion.
