Maybe drink less, stay away from trouble spots.
To learn a martial art, you need self discipline, and i very much doubt you have any. Karate and Judo are not really to be learnt, to "win some fights"

Here, this is a serious question. Drinking always somehow
ends up in fighting for some people.
Well, my recommendation is that most of all, you just do your best not to piss anyone off. Have fun drinking, not fights.
But then there are some posers who always act too cool.
Say, you get your @*** kicked all the time? My advice is
to have your back-ups, meaning your friends. Backing friends always help. If you like fighting, you should automatically gain some experience. Just keep fightin'

Even if you take karate or judo, you will still get beat up if you're drunk, because when you've been drinking, your reflexes slow down.

Just find a brick wall and start ramming your head into it--eventually you'll knock it down.
