I need help planning my 21st Birthday party???

My 21st bday is coming up on the 27th of this month and i want to have a party really bad bcuz turning 21 is kinda a big deal. The only problem is that i don't have tooo much money to spend and i have no idea on what to do....Does anyone have any good ideas/themes i can do for my party......oh and i've already had a luau theme before so i want something that everyone is gonna remember!!!!!
