You naturally can't.It's just a matter of speech,it's not literal, it means that something is really hard to do.But...there is a way,if you want to do it littealy:...Make a little gap into the stone,fill it with blood maybe with a syringe and then poor it :P...I guess thta's pretty stupid,but you can literally get blood out of a stone ...:P :))
