I rarely had the need to do so, but as I get older, I realize that in order to be physically and emotionally capable of being all that I need to be, that I must make more of an effort.

You know the old saying...when the going gets tough....(you can get going or else run like hell.) *S*

No I don't, but I know I should-I do on occasion, but its very rarely. I hope you do!!!
