I mean every time I go onto Yahoo Answers in politics there are at least 3 or 4 prolifers talking about abortion.. I'm ProChoice but I can totally respect someone who is ProLife, But I would respect a prolifer even more if they would admit that abortion isn't the biggest issue facing Americans today..

I am pro-life for my own decisions and pro-choice for other women. Because I feel I have no right to tell them what they should be doing.

I don't know about you but I think the value we place on a human life is a pretty big deal. Really I think it's not so much the abortion issue but how this mentality will seep into the other routines in our lives. Aren't we as Americans spoiled and used to being able to get rid of our inconveniences? I think that things happen to us to teach us valuable lessons. What do we learn when we get rid of them like a puppy who messes on the rug? Our government wouldn't have this issue if us women would learn when to keep our legs shut and be morally responsible. We the people have presented this issue to the government because we cannot seem to handle our own lives. So don't blame pro-lifers. Blame all the whores of the world.

Pro choice. Healthcare and taxes are biggest issues.

well for one i think it is possible to have a multitude of big issues that are important - all at the same time. secondly, it is a weather vein issue. meaning, if i am evaluating a candidate it is important for me to get an idea of what kind of a person they are, and whether they share any of my worldview. when i see a candidate who is pro choice i have to ask "then, what else are they in favor of?" if they are personally pro-life and say that they will wash their hands of the issue, I have to ask "if you cant stand by your convictions, why are you asking me to vote for you?"

There are other issues...such as illegal immigration and keeping the Islamo-fascists off our doorstep.

It depends on what you consider a big deal.

The wanton destruction of millions of human beings is a big deal to a lot of people.
