my grandma has a bad habit of lying, cheating and making us fight amongst ourselves.. She's in control because my dad always takes her side..what is a great way(s) of making her stop doing that but having fun seeing her pissed at the same time?

Honestly the best way to get back at her is to not let her get to you.
Ignore her lying, cheating ways. Don't let her start crap that will encourage fights amounts you.
She is you dad's mom... And your Grandma...

Just look blankly at her when she is pulling her crap and then walk away.. Start talking to someone immediately and laugh about something other than about her..
