Does that mean that if I get shot, stabbed, burned or anything would I heal up completely without scars and deformities? If so then yes, but only to be the ONE who has to go into the burning building to save the family, the ONE who gets in the way of the bullet saving an innocent life..... Basically I would only if I can use it to save innocent lives. Cheesy I know, but why should they die when I can't.
Downside watching everyone else die of natural causes.

If you mean living on earth forever in its current state, my answer is no. If you mean living in paradise, that is what I will be doing when I die a physical death. If you accept Christ, you do not die. You have eternal life forever in the arms of Christ in Heaven.
