im about 5ft 2 inches nd 16 yrs. plus im a size 10 both up nd down. plus my hips are bout 38inches. i think my hips are rather large. but im not too sure bout my breasts.

I would consider them to be perfect, myself. Then again, I have never bought into the hype that you need large breasts to be pretty or sexy.
I have seen many incredibly sexy and incredibly beautiful ladies with smaller breasts so I stand by my initial statement that 34B's are perfect.

Depends of the age. 34b is a small size when one is 25, when the breasts reach its maximum development. But when you are in your late teens or early adulthood, it is an average even big size.
