The worst part about it is al queda's clock towards another attack would begin ticking. You could count on them ignoring the threat long enough for them to hurt us again.

I hate to admit it, but I agree with Vaughn to a degree.
Although I'll take a far right administration over a far left one anyday, the fact that we need more moderate folks is a must.

It almost seems that before Bill Clinton, we more or less had moderates in office, well, except for Carter. As far left as we went with him it was only natural that we went far right after 8 years of the Clinton BS.
Yet no lib out there will ever admit that Clinton was a lefty. They believe he was a moderate. There lies the dilemma.

But to answer your question. I'm not so sure that even if Hillary gets elected, all that much could be done by her. Most anything she tried would still have to go through the house and senate, and more times than not, her stuff would get shot down.

If Obama or any of the other extreme liberals becomes pres, you can count on him giving amnesty to all the illegals in the country. Next, he will stop work on the border fence with Mexico. We will be well on the way to the North American union with Obama as president. He will banish the phrase "The War on Terror" and never mention that we are at war with Islamic radicals.

Clinton would be almost as bad.

No worse than the conservatives already have. If we pick the RIGHT candidate, either a moderate liberal or a moderate conservative, maybe we'll even see some healing.

But until we can go moderate, the only hope for balance is to keep swinging each direction, every 4-8 years.

can't imagine we could possibly do any worse than things are now! I don't think americans truly get how much we are hated by most of the world. That and being a laughing stock. A lot of people say this doesn't matter, but international relations are so important, how isolated do you want this country to get????

What? It will be great! (if you want a weak military, high taxes, open borders, gay marriages, gun bans, abortions, welfare,...etc.). I can't wait for Hillary to become president.
