No... but I was sad/ dumb enough to part with money for one of these so called exercise methods. It won't work for 2 reasons.
Firstly they instructions say with a semi erect penis, well personally in my experience it is either erect or not, I don't know how you can maintain a semi erect state, especially when the instructions continue apply warm lubricant, encircle your penis with thumb and first finger at base squeeze and pull towards head slowly, before reaching the end repeat with other hand, perform 200 to 300 strokes to start with increasing to 600 over a period of weeks.
Secondly the theory here is that this forces extra blood into the cells in the spongy section of your penis there by stretching them and making it larger.
The only way this or any other stretching method such as vacuum enhancement tools, is going to make your penis bigger is from the swelling caused by bruising from splitting these same cells.

no i haven't,the best tool to make it bigger his Ur girlfriend playing with it every day,better still do it yourself,its a muscle and what happens with muscles when you constantly use them,and it helps to prevent prostate problems,fact.........
