Lord of the Rings 70th - and by the time I got to page 600-and-something, and found the missing section (about 50 pages, never in the book - I'm very careful with them), buy.com wouldn't take it back. Losers.

Not counting textbooks, I spent 36.00 for a book once. That is the most I paid for a single book - so far anyway.

i don't count text books because... who wants thosse??? the most i have ever spent on a book was the deluxe edition of harry potter and the deathly hallows which was $40. worth it? yesss!
