They started off around 1960 as the Boston Patriots and played at different stadiums such as Harvard Stadium and even Fenway Park. In 1971, they finally built a stadium of their own. For some reason, they built it in the small town of Foxboro, Massachusetts, about 45 minutes south of Boston. They play in Mass., but represent all of New England.

No. Massachusetts is known for its gay tradition. John Kerry and the democratic party have made it a gay stronghold in the U.S. Football is considered barbaric in Massachusetts. Try relocating close enough to Philadelphia for travel. The Eagles are the best team in the league this year.
