I have to be honest, If Hillary is the best the democrats have to offer I will write in Mickey Mouse. At least he is consistent on his answers. He does not change his beliefs based on who he is talking to like Mr. Hillary does.
Although, she does get my vote for the best liar in the country, second only to her womanizing husband.

I prefer Obama over Hillary, and possibly Edwards. But IF Hillary wins the primaries in spite of my vote, and is the only Democratic challenger to the Republicans, I will almost certainly vote for Hillary.
Unless the Republicans run someone wonderfully moderate.
(ETA: Did I call Gravel a Republican? *sigh*)

No. I think she's a too plastic. She's a cookie cutter politician and she'll tell you that herself.
She calls it experience... I call it knowing how to talk without saying anything. Knowing how to get votes without showing anything. Knowing how to fulfill her own agenda's while screwing the American public and not making herself look bad doing it.
Say what you wanna say but I think Obama is refreshing.
And he's the only one right now who's touting what America really needs.
Change.

Most true liberals who vote for her would probably do it because she is the lesser of two evils.
While liberals oppose socialism, at least socialism doesn't directly interfere with the rest of the liberal civil rights agenda -- which is more than can be said for the other party.
Hence, if it's a matter of choosing between someone who is a sworn enemy of your cause, and someone who has an entirely unrelated agenda -- at least the latter is not directly harmful.
It's sad that we're stuck trying to figure out who'll cause the least damage when choosing a leader.

I'm a moderate Independent voting for Sen. Clinton. I like her very much. But more importantly I respect her brilliance, her qualification and her toughness. I like her stand on the issues and she has my vote, no doubt. It's true that I intend to vote for whichever Democrat gets the vote, I've had it up to my eyeballs with the neocons, and they've stolen the Republican Party. But I do hope she is the nominee and I hope to see her as President in '09.

c'mon people look at the time when clinton was the president... you really think it was only his mind that was working to get the country better? i would say it was mostly his wife, hilary, who did most of the thinking... so now if we get her up there, she will be getting America right where it was before bush...
