My guess is that the unchecked unlimited powers of the Commander in Sheik only is necessary to protect America as long as it's their party in charge.

The first phone she should tap is Bill's and every White House aide of female origin...or she could just use transsexuals and homosexuals to keep him under wraps...
On the serious side, I see no way for her to win the Presidency based on the issues. She doesnt stand for anything, not even her vote to go to war. The only thing she has left is her husband- and we need someone serious in that office, not Good-time Willy.

Not anymore than when the first Clinton administration used confidential FBI files to try to intimidate Republicans And if she does use it as a political tool rather than the legal tapping of phone lines of terrorists and their funding sources that the Democratic leadership recently upheld and voted to continue then she is also doomed to impeachment like her husband.
