why do so many women dress in clothes that reveal so much of their body why not dress modestly?

Do you belive the only way to be noticed is to wear clothing that shows so much of your body?

Consider the fact that this movement has been occurring over many years, women feel more free to express their sexual side in clothing, even swimming suits have changed, they are proud of their looks and some enjoy flaunting it. I believe women that dress in revealing clothes, enjoy the attention they get, and some may even enjoy the negative comments from other women. If they and their partner is OK with it, whom am I to criticize them. They will not be young forever, and the clothing will change in time. Everyone has the right to do what makes them happy as long as no one is harmed. If we don't like their looks, we can always look elsewhere.

Good question. Hate to see when women dress in such a loose provocative way. It's gives an image that some women are just cheap useless tools and don't carry themselves with much class...well at least said for those that dress that way. There's a difference between class and looking like a street walker.
Don't get me wrong, dressing sexy is nice, but trashy is another story.

You did say WOMEN, that means they are adults they can wear what they want even if others don't like is. They may not be dress for attention, they maybe dressing how they feel. It's a personal thing( they don't have to dress Modesty, they may want to show off their body.) Summer is almost gone so you will not have to see it much longer(SMILE.)

I personally prefer to dress modestly. you can cover up and still dress sexy if that's what you want. But I have to say that the fashion industry gives us little to pick from. It seems to be one extreme (too much flesh & in fashion) or dress like your mother!! hahahaha So we buy what's available and make it our own. And some just have no taste at all!! hahaha What can I say?? lol

Just because it's in style doesn't mean it's right for you. I might add that there are many women out there that do not look in the mirror at all sides of themselves before leaving the house. I am mostly referring to the ones with rolls around the middle and a gut hanging over their pants who wear tight, short t-shirts. It really isn't very attractive or sexy. You are the ones that look best in the loose baby-doll/empire tops and the looser, longer tops. Cover up the flab and emphasize the good stuff... legs, boobies, your face and hair.

Yes like a few people said it is thier choice. If I were a lady modestly would be my choice and not were too flashy clothing.

You dont nessisarly have to were flashy cloaths to show your body in my opinion.

I think they do it because...they want attention and maybe they think that dressing slutty will make guys want them more. It sends out a bad message to guys telling them that they can get off "easy" with this girl...and sadly...many girls that dress that way are "easy". I`m not like that...but I don`t think there is anything wrong with showing off a little skin...just as long as its not slutty.

Women modelled fashion before men so to be in fashion we wear what is reveled in the media, sad to say but I think hipster jeans are uncomfortable and are always to long in the legs alot of it I think is to get the opposite sex to notice us some would say if you got it flaunt it,

that's a good question, i have noticed plenty of women who dressed moderately, so its obvious that a woman does not have to dress like a slut, i think some women just like the attention they get weather be it positive or negative.
But i find myself to have allot more respect for the moderately dressed lady instead of the slutty looking girl.

I like revealing clothing on women, but on a woman / women I really like, I would prefer more modest clothing.
