World of warcraft players, help!?

I am going to play world of warcraft on august 30. Because of the patches and expansion packs, do I have alot of catching up to do?

Depends on how long you've been off.

If you are freshly installing WoW it will take about 30~40 minutes with a broadband connection to get and install the patches. WoW does patch itself when you log in though, so you don't have to do too much.

not really there are some servers with a lot of low levels and the game updates by itself so I'm pretty sure you don't need to look for patches also the expansion pack docent's make much a difference in leveling you character all the expansion pack gives is a couple more places to explore 2 new races more quests i think 2 new jobs and some other things that i can remember

There will probably be some updates waiting for you.World of Warcraft does most of the work of updating and installing.All you have to do is launch World of Warcraft, wait for it to update, hit the "Ok" button and repeat until it finishes.

I don't think there are many patches for the expansion pack, so that shouldn't be much of a bother.

not really only a few patches stuff like then dark temple but once you start playing dont stop and i also recommend buying the burning crusade expansion set to get stuff like the translocater in the undercity must be horde member to do that hope this helps

the biggest distinction between diverse races in appreciate to hunters is the fashion of ranged weapon they start with. in case you % to apply a rifle - % a dwarf. in case you % to apply a bow - % an elf. in case you % to apply a crossbow - % a human. the only different genuine ameliorations between the races could be visual charm and commencing section. i think of that the elves have the prettiest commencing section. yet once you're prepared on mountains, then dwarves could be extra powerful for you. i could say ask for the improve %.. otherwise, you will no longer be able to bypass into some factors that are exceedingly cool.

yes alot, if you want to get to 70!
and if your really slow like my little brother you might even have time to install and buy the next expansion pack that comes out in 2008-9
