Cash is ALL I use. I threw away my cards years ago. It is simply a privacy issue for me. I do NOT want every transaction and my personal information being tracked on databases every time I buy a loaf of bread or tube of toothpaste. If cash ever becomes obsolete there will quickly be other forms of PRIVATE exchange to replace it. As one person mentioned, electronic data can be easily manipulated, which would include the potential to freeze your accounts and shut off your access to your electronic funds. Other examples: How many times have you been in a store when the card terminals are not working? You see all these people lined up trying to pay for items but they can't because the terminals are down and they don't have cash on them. Have you ever pumped gas in your car then gone in to the store to pay with your card, only to find out it doesn't work and you have no cash with you? Now you have a tank full of gas and no money to pay for it. That's always fun.

I'm afraid it will be.. eventually. Because it's the 21st century and the modern hip-hop dance etc.. seems to be taking over. The younger generations are more into breakdancing, freestyling etc..
